I was given the opportunity as a food blogger to try this amazing BBQ sauce created by Mr. Charles Isaac. Charles was inspired to create the Eezy sauce after taking a trip to Amsterdam in 2013. Charles then took his creative love for cooking and making peoples palates dance and handcrafted what is now known as Eezy Sauce.
I thought it would be a great way to spice up some Cauliflower Chicken wings and I am so excited to share the recipe with you using this incredible sauce.

One head of cauliflower cut into med size florets
1 teaspoon of hot sauce (whatever your choice is)
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder (you can also use cornstarch)
1 1/2 cups of AP flour
5 cups of any frying oil of your choice
1/2 cup of coconut milk
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. In a separate mixing bowl combine all of the wet ingredients and whisk until creamy.
Heat the frying oil in a large dutch oven.
Use one hand to dip the cauliflower into the wet mixture, then proceed to place it into the dry mixture. Alternate hands to do this and dip into each mixture alternately about four times.
Place the floret into the hot oil (carefully) and repeat with the rest of the florets. Allow to fry for about 4 to 5 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown.
Transfer the cooked florets to a sheet pan lined with paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
While the oil continues to drain off of the florets, Take the Eezy BBQ sauce and pour about 1/2 of the contents into a large bowl. Place the florets into the bowl with the BBQ sauce and begin to swirl the bowl until the cauliflower is completely covered with the sauce. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy…….
